THIS VEHICLE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into as of this day between Fames Automobile ("Seller") and the undersigned ("Buyer").

1. VEHICLE DESCRIPTION
The Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to purchase the following vehicle as configured in Step 1 of this portal, including all standard equipment and accessories listed in the vehicle specification.

2. PURCHASE PRICE
The total purchase price for the vehicle is as displayed in the transaction summary. This price includes all applicable taxes, title, and registration fees. No additional charges, handling fees, or hidden costs will be applied.

3. DELIVERY
Delivery of the Vehicle shall be completed within a maximum of 7 (seven) working days from the date of full payment confirmation. Delivery shall take place at the address provided by the Buyer or at the Seller's location, as agreed upon. The Seller shall arrange insured professional transport at no additional cost to the Buyer. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon physical handover of the Vehicle.

4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment shall be made via direct bank transfer (SEPA) to the Seller's verified account. The Buyer is required to initiate payment within 48 hours of signing this Agreement. The Vehicle reservation will be maintained until payment is confirmed. Failure to initiate payment within this period may result in cancellation of the reservation.

5. VEHICLE CONDITION & INSPECTION
The Seller guarantees the Vehicle is sold in the condition described in the listing, free of undisclosed defects or damage. The Buyer shall have the right to inspect the Vehicle upon delivery and confirm its condition before final acceptance.

6. WARRANTIES
The Vehicle is sold with a 12-month European warranty, valid across all EU member states. This warranty covers mechanical and electrical defects and is provided at no additional cost to the Buyer. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

7. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY
The Buyer has the right to return the Vehicle within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. No additional fees, restocking charges, or penalties will apply. The Vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered, with reasonable allowance for normal test driving (max. 500 km).

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If no resolution can be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts at the Seller's registered place of business.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the sale and purchase of the Vehicle. Any amendments or modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
