The motorhome is in very good and clean condition. It was only registered with seasonal plates from March to October and therefore was not driven in winter. The vehicle was always stored indoors when not in use. No pets and no smoking. Additional locks on all doors. The vehicle has an alarm system. Both batteries were replaced in 2023.
Timing belt and water pump were replaced at 48,000 km. A stationary air conditioning system with a heat pump was retrofitted in 2025.

New crash sensor for the gas system. The motorhome is fitted with summer tires, which were changed at 48,000 km in 2021. MOT/emissions test/gas inspection due April 2027. There is minor hail damage on the roof, but it is barely visible (and was not declared to the insurance company). Tow bar with a 2000 kg towing capacity, which was only used to tow a scooter.
